They didn’t do much. I am having trouble with my right arm and my l back. Things that didn’t show up in emergency, and it took me a month to get an appointment, which was supposed to of been in a couple days.

I have enjoyed my experience with sports medicine and orthopedic institute, Dr Jason Tani is an outstanding doctor in my opinion and we get along very well and if I need any more surgery of course I'll stay there.

I had a very nice visit. The gentleman that gave me my Cortizone shot was awesome. I did not feel a thing. Very happy with my visit.

The check-in process was fast. The staff is efficient. Erika the PA was very kind, personable, and concise in her assessment and explanations. Dr. Samir Nayyar was kind, gentle while treating me and thorough. The check-out for making a follow-up appt was quick and easy. I felt very well cared for.

Wonderful doctor. I have had some miscommunication with office staff and hope it’s been addressed. Would definitely recommend Doctor Nayyar.

Wonderful friendly staff. Dr Surdyka is a very busy man. He is great at his job and so intelligent. I just wish the wait times were not so long. Great people.
