I have never delt with any Dr, business,or anybody period that has as poor communication as this place. They rarely answer the phone if ever and when they do it's a foreign va who can't tell you anything. I was schedule to have surgery with Dr Kulra. He seems nice, but is rushed and definitely over booked. I repeatedly text and call the surgery coordinator Laura until finally I had to take time from work to visit the office to get answers. She was able to give me a surgery date that same day. The surgery was never done due to a $10000 out of pocket estimate for his surgery facility this place was a complete waste of time and money. If you can avoid this facility and it's Dr's. You definitely should

Didn't seem like he wanted to listen to what I had to say. Pretty much judged me right when he walked in through the door and pestered me more about my weight issue and even told me to possibly do gasteric bypass surgery to lose weight and that should pretty much help my knee pain. Don't bother going if your over weight cause there is no solution.

Dr parmar is a great doctor he did my last neck surgery and everything went great but he's at a new practice now orthopedic sports medicine and the wait times are 2 hours to 4 hours long whether it's crowded or not and then I saw a nurse practitioner they didn't have any idea what my case was about couldn't answer my questions I wish you would have stayed at his old practice

Have not done my surgery yet. I was so nervous and scared walking in the room, but Dr. Parmar took all my worries away and answered all my questions. I did come on here and read everyone’s comments and they are great. I’m excited to move forward with my surgery with Dr. Parmar and will be updating when I’m done with surgery. My surgery is on my back, it’s a fractured spine and it’s my L5.

Dr. Nayyar showed me the x-rays of my knees, explained what the images showed, and then explained the options to help with my knee pain, at this time. I received a steroid shot to my right knee on the spot! I was very pleased with the entire experience.
