Ms Franco is exceptional, but I made a hard decision and did not have the questions to ask. Erika gave me the basic responses; some are now creating a negative in my decision to have shoulder surgery. I am not familiar with the procedure outlined and would prefer to NOT experience the "reverse" surgery. I was not shown my x-rays which might have provided the reason for a "reverse" procedure, but having experienced two "old-fashioned" hip replacements creates doubts in my mind about this new method. I need more information pro and con to solidify or detract my decision. Or, perhaps a 2nd opinion?

I was greeted when I checked in. I had a very short wait and was seen on time. Everyone I encountered was pleasant and friendly. Dr.Tanni was nice and professional. Check out was handled efficiently. Overall a good experience..

Dr.Tauni is a wonderful doctor, his patients are first and foremost of importance to him. He is honest and right to the point, he is REAL! There needs to be more doctors like him. Not to mention his fantastic sense of humor, which is lacking in most doctors today. He takes his time and treats you like a real human being. If I am ever in need of a ortho Dr. again I hope he will still be around. My experience with him and his team has been one of confidence, and admiration.

Every interaction I've had from pre op to post op follow ups with Dr. Surdyka have been positive and professional. I am still in the recovery phase from shoulder surgery but already starting to feel a difference for the better at only 6 weeks post op.
