Exceptional service! Great bed side manner. All staff from front desk to MA, to surgery scheduler to Orthopedic MD were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Clinic was nice, clean and spacious. So blessed to have found this ortho office and medical staff to help with my broken leg. Highly recommended!

The hole team at Dr. Surdyka office are true professionals. Straight forward to the point. Never a long wait. They need to change the name to professional sports medicine. They all taken great great care of my sons terrible forearm break. Fixed perfectly so he'll return back to football with no worries. Love the professionalism. Very clean place
